Sure, that is true, but most of these apps do a lot more than what MacOS itself does, hence why most people use 3rd party apps and likely always will. I've not had a problem and not known others to have issues using 3rd party apps. That's certainly a decision each individual can and should make.

3.3.2025 12:55Comment on MacOS Apps That I Use And Really Enjoy by Technology FeedAbout 3 to 4 months ago I went to the Apple Store at Friendly Center in Greensboro, NC to pick up my M4 Mac Mini. This would be my first official use of MacOS on any kind of a regular basis. I've learned a lot along the way and have discovered a lot of different apps.
