I support and advocate for public libraries, and I enjoy biking on railtrails and canal towpaths. I am mostly retired after working in strategic communications and public affairs for defense, intelligence and technology. The header photo was taken on the C&O canal towpath between Great Falls and Swain's, near mile 15.5.
