I will try my US version and see what I get. I'm assuming you've updated the firmware to the latest version? This unit is very, very focused on film and the stereo feature seems like a bit of an afterthought.

I found peculiar thing and wanted to check if you have the same problem: in stereo mode recoding I can monitor only in mono, yet playback is in stereo (so it's not physical plug issue) Switch to the left, International version. Please let me know if you have the same situation, I will know that it's a hard to accept limitation of the recorder Best regards

Reasonable cost, easy to install, and just like the toilets I experienced...There’s nothing like spending hours experimenting with a new platform only in the end to say “huh, well that ain’t gonna work” Like they say, frustration is the pain you feel just before you learn something. Perhaps regret is a pain sometimes felt just after learning something.
