I'm so happy that this game you've been working on for ages is finally coming to fruition, Kiririn!! If I had money I would buy it FRAME 1!! I don't so I'll support it in any way I can. I believe this game has the potential to really do well if given the right push. AIM FOR THE TOP!!

22.7.2024 23:59Comment on Game Announcement: .45 PARABELLUM BLOODHOUND by Kiddoコアなスケバンファンのみんなには薄々気づかれていたと思うけど、Project Dと呼んでいた謎のゲームに少しずつ少しずつ手を入れていた。そのゲーム、『.45 パラベラム ブラッドハウンド』をついに発表する日が来た。 .45 パラベラム ブラッドハウンドってどんなゲーム？ .45 パラベラム ブラッドハウンドは「アクティブタイムアクション」ゲームだ。意味がわかりそうでわからないだろうけど、僕らはそういうナンセンス大好きなんでね。 あえて説明すると、リアルタイムではアクティブに動いて敵の攻撃をかわしたりして、武器種によって溜まるスピードが違うアクションバーが溜まったら時間を止めてじっくりと攻撃アクションを選択するというシステムのこと。 このシステムの起源は、分かる人には分かると思う。そう、僕のお気に入りゲーム、パラサイト・イヴだ。でもまあ、似てるのはバトルシステムくらいだよ。 これに関してはまたいつか語りたいと思う。 ストーリー：主人公はレイラ・ミカヅチ。過去の栄光ははるか昔に過ぎ去った、今はただの疲れ果てた傭兵。一度は諦めかけた人生に縋り付こうとしたものの、銃を握る以外の人生の送り方を知らなかった。 画像：ゲームのヒロインであるレイラのスケッチ。デザイン by 僕とMerengedoll。 ゲームの流れは基本的に、雰囲気ありまくりのエリアを探索していると、固定の位置でエンカウントが起きるというデザイン。もちろん隠し要素もあるし、一癖二癖あるキャラクターとの会話も待ってる。各ステージの最後には熱いボス戦が待ち構えているのも言うまでもない。 現在の予定では全7チャプター。そのうち5チャプターは既に最初から最後まで遊べるくらいまでは開発済みで、ゲーム機能やストーリーもほぼ構築済みだ。この初期設定から変わるってことはそうそう無いと思うけど… まあ、何が起こるかは正直わからないね。リリースに間に合わせるために削らなきゃならないものは幾らでもあるし… で、リリースはいつ？ 全くの未定！内々では決めているけど、ニルヴァーナ再び、にしないためにも予定は言わないようにしている。でも、だいぶ先、じゃなくてそこそこ近いってのは言っておきたい。ほんとは完璧に完成してから発表したかったんだけど、まあ、ゲームを売るってのはどんどんしんどくなってきてるからね…もう2016年の頃のインディーゲームシーンではないのは僕らもわかってる。だから、このゲームもちゃんと売るためには早めに初めて、ウィッシュリストとかアレコレをしっかりやっていかなきゃならない。 つまり、完成したらリリース、ってこと。 もう何年も書き続けてるけど、最近遅れてる（これを書いてるからね！）毎月の開発ブログや、僕やSukeban公式ツイッターアカウントでのスクショとかをお楽しみに！ ニルヴァーナはどうなってるの？ これに関しては特にニュースはないんだ。すまない。みんな続報をずっと待っているというのは重々承知しているけど、今は .45 パラベラム ブラッドハウンドの方が圧倒的に完成に近くて、当分の間このゲームに全力を注ごうと決めちゃったんだ。これをリリースできさえすれば、あとは自由だ！ 開発チームは？ 僕、Kiririnがライター且つディレクターで、表に出たくない友人がプログラマー且つライター（彼と一緒にストーリーやゲームシステム、キャラクターを考えたのはもういつのことやら…）。そしてあのみんな大好きVA-11 Hall-A KIDSのデザイナーであるMerengedollがキャラクター、エネミー、ボスにその他デザインを全力で手伝ってくれてる。同様にVA-11 Hall-A KIDS開発を手伝ってくれたJunejiはBGMとSE、そして一部3Dデザインもしてくれている。あと、僕らの尻を叩いて開発をせっついてくれるという大変な役割のメンバー（なんとこれまでいなかった）も参加している。 もし僕のitch.ioのゲームを知ってたり遊んでくれたりしているなら、良くも悪くも雰囲気や話の流れはなんとなく予想できるんじゃないかなと思う。 その他あれこれ 日本にいるファンの皆へ：BitSummit Driftで体験版公開予定！ 7月19日から21日くらいに京都にいるラッキーな人たちはBitSummit Driftでゲームの第一章くらいをお試しできるぞ！ 会場は京都みやこめっせ 日本以外でも色んなイベントで展示したい気持ちはめちゃめちゃあるけど、まだはっきりとは決めてない。Stay tuned！ 残念ながら日本にも京都にもいない皆は、ゲームのPVで我慢して欲しい。今月19日に公開予定！ 最後に こんなところかな。今後の展開が気になる人はぜひdiscord（今のところはほぼ英語のみだけど）かtitterでフォローをよろしく。このブログはRSSフィード対応なのでそれでもいいし、更新の少なさに定評がある開発ブログに来てくれてもいいかもしれない。 ではまたどこかでお会いしましょう。
