Just realised I never posted proper photos of the all road bike I also showed @bespoked.cc back in October.
The brass is strong with this one. For one it’s fillet brazed with brass #filletfriday
Next up are the amazing cable adjusters made by @shovelresearch
Other honourable mentions are the in-house fabricated cable ends, locally cnc’ed head badge by @sydfynsstempel and the beautiful brass washers on the @berthoud_cycles saddle.

Inspired by an old M. Coolen frameset I saw on @rovarcycles . Check them out if you need more French randoness in your life.
Had a very tight budget for the show this year so I went all in on second hand parts for this one. Ended up spending about 100 euro on new parts.
However I also wanted to show that you don’t need to buy the newest electronic and carbon parts when you buy a custom bike.
We need to keep using all the amazing parts that was made over the past 50+ years that are still so useful today!
The bike is painted with the same linseed oil paint as the birding bike but I’m slowly coming to the conclusion that it’s simply not strong enough 😞
And I’ve realised a couple of minor cable routing issues that needs to be fixed.
When this is done the frameset + stem will go for sale. DM if you’re interested and you can have a say at what solutions need to be done and what colour it will get 😊

FOR SALE: BIRDPACKING ALL TERRAIN BIKE (BPATB)
I’m selling this 26”+ bikepacking ready machine. Brand new and never ridden.
Build to be gazed upon for 3 days @bespoked.cc and now it needs a new home where it will be taken good care of.
This is a small frame and will fit a rider around 150-165cm.
It has mounts for a rear rack as well as tripple bottle bosses on seat tube, downtube top and bottom and each side of the seat stays.
Designed for 155mm or shorter cranks to avoid toe overlap.
The frame is hand painted with linseed oil based paint. It is a test and I cannot guarantee anything about how long it will last.
The fork is a @stridsland_journal Barnacle Lite.
In-house handbuilt wheels made from WTB i40 rims, Hope Pro 5 hubs, Sapim Race spokes and @monebikes raw brass nipples. Ready to roll with tubeless WTB ranger tires and Hope discs.

In the hectic days just before leaving for @bespoked.cc @veronika_skilte came by and did her magic on the two bikes for the show.
I had sent some inspiration and we had discussed which colors they should have but had no specific designs prior to her arrival.
Within 15 minutes Veronika had a sketch ready for the all road frame and free-handed the letters on the frame and had started mixing the colours!
A good tip I learned in this session from her is to always have a little bit of the three base coulors: ♥️💙💛
In this case she added a drop of blue in the orange and a drop of in the light blue 🍊🦋
It made the colors much more interesting to look at!
For the birdpacking bike Veronika made a pounce in about the same amount of time and transferred the design with a bit chalk to the frame.
A pounce is piece of paper with holes that you can transfer a design with either chalk or charcoal depending on background color.
I always find it so fascinating to see other craftspeople at work!💖

This is Kat and their KATB (working title). They will be riding together all summer to figure out if we need to do any tweaks before the frameset is send off to paint in September.

I’m really pleased with how the build looks and how the bike rides.
Especially excited about the wheels!
Hubs are Hope Pro 5 laced with Sapim CX-Ray spokes and Moné brass nipples to a Velo Orange Voyager rim. Topped off with the comfiest tires I’ve ever ridden: Ultradynamico Cava race 2.2”.
The rest of the build consist of mostly reused parts picked up at @cykeltutten@radikal.social or online and a little bit of Stridsland bling on the cranks.
