I write about #IntermittentFasting and #MentalHealth . I find the relationship between hunger, boredom, need for sensations and feeling empty really fascinating, so talk about it often too. Boundaries: I'm not about dieting, weight loss, getting in shape and other things. The "results" of my regimen are not some figures on the floor scales. Also I don't intend to "progress" to 24h fasts, or One Meal a Day, or something else rather strict. Stricter doesn't mean better.
