· I'm a computer science PhD student who specializes in compositional planning for non-stationary non-Markovian tasks. I also develop theory for creating intrinsically motivated self-preserving agents that justify their own goals. For these domains I develop reward-free optimizations that produce compositional representations that can help tame the complexity of the world that animals and artificial agents must contend with.
