Wow, congratulations! It sounds like a potentially awesome adventure! I'd love to hear about anything in your day-to-day life at school and in the U.K.…as someone who has moved to another country as well, I find that the mundane, daily stuff is often curiously the most interesting.
When I moved to Japan, I also had to leave my cat behind, because I only expected to be here for two years, and it didn't seem fair to put her through the stress of travel + quarantine + readjusting, only to do it all over again. So, I really understand your sadness & worry about leaving your dog behind…but hopefully you can find solace in the same way that I did: knowing that your furry family member is with someone you trust, and you'll see them as much as you can. ♡
Take care, and I look forward to hearing about this new chapter in your life. I've never been to London, so nothing is too boring to me!
ND shares an update about starting grad school at Central Saint Martins in London, after moving there recently. Excited yet missing their puppy, Truffle, ND hopes to explore the city and engage with followers by sharing experiences and learning. They invite suggestions for post topics and wish everyone well.
