Earlier this week, Pocket Casts was updated with a feature that I didn’t know I needed until I saw it: you can disable the progress scrubber on the Lock Screen when listening to an episode. I absolutely despise how easy it is to lose your spot in an episode by accidentally touching that thin progress bar on the Lock Screen with your finger.

Immediately turned this on. Way too often I was doing this due to my sausage fingers.
