Is there an OCD suffix for [url=https://neurodifferent.me/tags/AuDHD]#AuDHD[/url] or were my OCD-like traits just my coping mechanisms when masking couldn't cover for me? Masking has broken down and I can't do it as well or at all anymore, depending on the situation. I'm burnt out but life won't slow down for me to catch my breath.
