Just as an FYI in the next coming days/weeks I will be shutting this Friendica instance down. There are a couple of reasons for that, though none is regarding the software (Friendica) itself, which I think is great overall, and it has several great features I think more of the rest of the Fediverse should aim for too.

For me this is more about management of resources, cost, time combined with that functionality has stopped working and the database seems to be heading towards some new world record. I can't be bothered to fix it, especially here on a host that I would need to move away from anyways.
