Child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist specialized in working with LGBTQ+, otherwise marginalized young people, and those with chronic interpersonal trauma at Whitman Walker Health in Washington, DC. Matt has lived experience of being marginalized as a queer, autistic person who grew up Mormon in Phoenix, Arizona with a Republican Congressman father, and undergoing “conversion therapy.” Matt hopes to inspire change and prevent the perpetuation of harm through upcoming book, out Spring 2024
