I have two BlueSky accounts, but I’ve decided to focus only on one, which I’ve designated politics free and am focusing on Music and Art -- my photography really.

We don’t do that ever. Inside I felt white hot. On the same day that I’d been telling him how close I feel us growing as we 24/7 care for his Mom who is in rapid decline. Now, you know I’ve had challenges with Anger and Rage most of my life. It’s only been in the past few years that I’ve really gotten a handle on things -- largely through therapy and meditation, both of which I let slip by the wayside for a while. So, when I started to feel this rage welling up, I knew what it was and I knew how dangerous it would be for me.
