Stumbled across this place called Manga Island in a Google Maps VR app. This is apparently a campground on the "cat island" Tajiroshima[0], which explains all of the cat-theming. And cats!

Updated Tiled map loader, working with the latest SDL3 and LuaJIT. I decided I wanted to test on some example maps, all of which used XML, and I was using JSON, so I thought "how hard can it be to parse XML?" It took TWO WEEKS but it works.

Random images seen in Google Maps in VR. I have absolutely no idea where they're from, except most are from Japan. This is not an ad for anything, I just like virtual tourism as a hobby.
I'd do the real thing if I had money and not crippling anxiety.
