Part of the promenade at Westgate-on-Sea was in the original photograph here, before I threw it into #OneLab.

A highly processed photograph. Railings curve inwards from both sides, close up at the edges and meeting at a distant central point. Their shadows fall inwards on the ground. From the tops of the railings there are rainbow curves, meeting in the middle. You can just make out the silhouette of a figure in the far distance. The image has several colours, greens, yellows, a splash of purple and pink. The railings look white.

A wide angle photograph of a small, old harbour, looking out to the sea. It's at dusk, so the sky is a dark blue with some grey clouds around the horizon, and there are some lights on the harbour buildings which reflect in the water. The water is almost glassy smooth, with faint ripples.

A highly processed photograph showing a large expanse of water at dusk, reflecting a clear evening sky just after sunset. There's a faint glow on the horizon where the sun has just set. The picture has been twisted around in concentric squares that spiral inwards to the centre, and then further reflected so the lines of the squares follow ripples in the surface of the water.

The original photo here was taken several years ago. [edit: of course I had the location wrong, this is #Whitstable harbour!! you'd think I'd recognise it by now.].

A treated photograph. The upper half has concentric semicircles of glowing green wisps against a dark blue background, scattered with a few white stars. The foreground is a reflection of the upper half, with water-like ripples.

This started out as a photo I took many years ago of the #NorthernLights in #Iceland. It was already quite a nice photo, but if I want to use it as cover art it needs to be square, and perhaps a bit fantastical. I'm not sure this treatment in #OneLab makes it any *better* but it makes it fit the need a bit more.

I took this photo in the spring of 2020, during the first COVID lockdown, when the weather and natural lighting was just fantastic for months on end. We were only supposed to leave the house for an hour a day, and this was the furthest point I could walk to in that time.

Sadly, since then, they built houses on this field.
