This is important. If a Private Individual, Company, organization, Corporation, or any subset of private business, enters into any type of enforcement actions with any government entity, they then become an agent of the government. We have discussed this before. Twitter was a Private Company. The very moment they colluded with the FBI and the White House, they became government agents and all constitutional protections apply. First Amendment protections, and Forth Amendment Protections.
