Never seen such a tree fungus before. White, yellow, orange, about 30 cm big and shaped like mixture of a cauliflower and a brain. is this a chicken-of-the-woods (Gemeiner Schwefelporling)?

This is the so called "hair ice, also known as ice wool or frost beard" (Wikipedia).
I've never seen this form of ice before last autumn. First I thought it is a kind of mushroom. But when I breathed on it, it melted.
