Prof UMD SPH, I've been studying the role of exhaled breath aerosols in transmission of influenza and other respiratory viruses and the impact of ventilation, filtration, and air disinfection over the last 25+ years -- not done yet. Currently PI of the NIH funded cooperative agreement "Evaluating Modes of Influenza Transmission (EMIT-2) using Innovative Technologies and Designs in Controlled Environments."
