Yes, there are some options: - MapCarta has a satelite image layer: https://mapcarta.com/Map - HERE WeGo also has a satelite image layer: https://wego.here.com/ (they also have a mobile app btw!) Lots of countries have open map data, including satelite images. In Norway they have made these easily available for browsing on "NorgesKart". You could also check the local mapping authoroties webpage for the country you're working with, if you want more options (on Norwegian "NorgesKart" I can find historical satelite images too).
