As an engineer and political appointee, I will update passenger and freight, land, and air transportation systems. Since 2006, I have advocated for road vehicles that couple to form roadtrains, electric and hybrid-electric. Roadtrains complement electrification of the highways, where SUVs will get 400 MPGe by settling down with a steel wheel on a steel rail. I am the founder of KeyPrize.org, aka the Jobs Foundation of California.
