When I found freedom from alcohol, I actually live joyfully, alcohol-free. I have no desire for a drink. Even when the shit hits the fan, I look for solutions instead of numbing it. I didn't use Alcoholics Anonymous. I used science based information delivered with grace and compassion. I didn't just stop drinking. I changed my relationship with alcohol. You can too!
