Since 1979, the Northwest Cooperative Development Center has been fostering community economic development primarily through the cooperative business model. NWCDC focuses on General Coop Development, Co-op Education, Co-op Housing, and financial support through the NW Cooperative Fund. NWCDC specializes in Resident Owned Communities, Homecare co-operatives and helping workers transition their company to worker ownership.
