Hey y'all my name is Phillip Baugh, I have beautiful an amazing wife Tiffany and wonderful kids and soon to be 3 grandkids! I pastor The Rock Outreach Center on 620 Woodworth BLVD, Port Arthur, Texas. A guitarist/musician and I enjoy gardening, fishing, paracord and now Ham Radio.
