My LGBTQ- friendly AU fanfic, "Holly Potter and the Witching World" is under a bit of revision at the moment (JKR is terrible!!!), but here is one of the villains.
Ulva Greyback, formerly known as "Bellatrix Black of the Rosier line" is the savage, psychopathic Queen of the Werewolves, and one of the few followers of Tom Riddle that was never caught.
Yes, she's a combination of Bellatrix Lestrange and Fenrir Greyback, but mostly Bellatrix (a char I detest in canon and have tried hard to change up a little for my own story). She's still a phychopathic killer, but more independent and proactive... and also calmer and more calculating, more willing to be patient and play the long game.
She's the main villain in the first stage of the story.
Amelia "Amy" Redwood and is a witch who specializes in potions and transformations.
Chance is a sorcerer, an alchemist and a techno-wizard, and nobody knows if "Chance" is his first name or his last name or just a nickname.
Amy and Chance are the best friends in the world, and perhaps a little more... but they have a bit of a "game" going on between them. As witches and sorcerers often gain enemies, they have decided to help keep each other on their toes by, sporadically and without warning, prank or trick or inconvenience one another, usually in erotic ways, and the winner gets to have his or her way with the loser.
Unfortunately, sometimes innocent bystanders get drawn into the crossfire, and sometimes the two powerful magicians forget their morals just slightly... but Amy and Chance are usually good about cleaning up their messes.

The four main characters of 'Holly Potter and the Witching World' -- Hermione Jean Granger, Holly Potter of the Evans line, Reronica "Ronnie Weasley of the Prewett line, and Dean Thomas -- here in their Hogwarts uniforms and various ways of wearing it.
In this universe, the girls' school uniform consists of a gymslip with a pleated skirt, a white blouse (long sleeves for winter, short sleeves for summer), and a sash tied around the waist in your house colour (red for Gryffindor, yellow for Hufflepuff, green for Slytherin and blue for Ravenclaw), Outdoors wear is a black cloak and a whide-brimmed pointy black hat, both charmed to protect against the weather. Shoes should be black, and socks whould be grey or black but can be any length you want. You're also allowed to wear leggings or tights if it's cold or you just don't want to display your bare legs,.
The boys' uniform consists of a white shirt, a grey waistcoat, grey trousers, and a purple necktie -- purple being the colour of Merlin house, the all-boys house at Hogwarts. They also get black cloaks and hats for outdoors wear.
Holly Potter and the Witching World: Ariana Urquart of the Dumbledore line is the Headmistress of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Where her canon counterpart died young, this Ariana grew up to be quite a successful witch and landed the job of Headmistress. She's a lenient and tolerant Headmistress, who is quite happy to overlook tradition if she finds a way that works better.
For several years she's tried to get her brother Albus to take a job as a teacher at Hogwarts, but he keeps refusing.
Holly Potter and the Witching World: Albus Dumbledore is a gay wizard, and as such he's persona non grata to the "higher" society in the witching world. Whereas his canon counterpart is the respected and respectable Headmaster of Hogwarts and head of the Wizengamot, THIS Dumbledore (who is quite a bit younger-looking, though he's just as talented and powerful!) lives on the edges of the witching world where he works as a private investigator along with his assistant Hagrid. taking jobs for Muggles and witches alike... at least the witches who can look past his poor reputation.

Veronica "Ronnie" Weasley of the Prewett line is the seventh of fourteen daughters and in many ways the "ultimate middle child." Brash, physical and with an unending supply of sarcasms, but also kind and nurturing.
She's the first witch to befriend Holly when they're children, and becomes one of her closest friends... and perhaps a little more?
